Damaged Product – How to Get a Replacement

Shipping Insurance Coverage (AfterShip Protect)

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, your order is covered:

  • $1 insurance covers up to $100 in value.
  • $2 insurance covers up to $200 in value.
  • $3 insurance covers up to $300, and so on.

How to File a Claim

To process your claim quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product & packaging

Once we receive these details, we’ll file your claim immediately and send out a replacement.
